Your chair is NOT your friend!

We spend more time sitting than any generation before us — cars, desks, couches, screens.

But here’s the truth: sitting too much is guaranteed to make your BODY WEAKER and your BRAIN SLOWER.

It doesn’t just flatten your muscles, weaken bones, and potentially fatten you — it slows your circulation, drains your energy, slumps your posture, creates aches and pains, and even dulls your brain power setting you up for reduced mobility and frailty as you age.

The Solution

-- Stand up and stretch every 30–60 minutes.

-- Create a sit and stand workspace

-- Take phone calls on your feet and move around.

-- Add “movement snacks” — squats, on the spot march, calf raises, shoulder rolls, bench or wall push-ups, etc.

-- Aim for 8–10k steps a day or regular walk breaks.

-- Strength train at KWS 3 times a week.
