Hello

"Hi, my name is Tracy and at 56 I was struggling with gaining weight and menopause symptoms and not being able to control it. I have always been active and fairly strong minded but nothing I tried was working. I was having sugar and salt cravings, was fatigued and always thinking of food and drinking very little water. I felt like I was on a merry -go-round I couldn’t get off.
I knew I had to make some changes and luckily came across the KWS website and got in touch with Helen. Helen went through my nutrition and exercise and advised me on why I was on the merry go round and gave me simple guidelines to follow and what I needed to do to turn it around.
Well! 8 weeks later I can’t believe the difference, I feel amazing and 100% better than where I was. I have made a lot of nutritional changes in a short period of time and staying on track majority of the time whilst still learning lessons as I go on about what my body will tolerant. I am slowly losing weight and definitely feel l am on the way to healing my gut for the first time in years and getting my nutrition right. I no longer have food cravings and am off the merry-go-round. Yeah!
I would like to thank Helen for her advice and breaking my nutrition down to make it easier to make the changes. I look forward to checking in with Helen who continues to guide me. I enjoy working out and joining in her exercise classes. I'm FEELING GREAT AND OFF THE MERRY-GO-ROUND"!
